In light of this development, the following points were brought to attention:

Enrollment Requirement for CRS/CbC:

• Users of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting are required to re-register all entities.

CbC Notifications Submission:

• There will be no requirement for CbC notifications for the fiscal year 2023.

Reminder – Deadline for CRS Reports Submission:

• The deadline for CRS reports submission for the fiscal year 2023 is 31st May 2024. All relevant entities are urged to adhere to this deadline to avoid any penalties or disruptions.
