The Egyptian Tax Authority’s (ETA) delegation, led by the Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority, the Deputy Head, and the E-Commerce Unit, is participating in the 28th edition of Cairo ICT.
This premier technology exhibition and conference for the Middle East and Africa takes place from November 17 to 20 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo.
The participation aims to strengthen engagement with stakeholders in the technology and e-commerce sectors while showcasing the ETA’s strides in implementing advanced tax systems. These efforts focus on fostering transparency, simplifying tax procedures for businesses and service providers, rebuilding trust between taxpayers and the ETA, and raising tax awareness among the public.
The E-Commerce Unit will also explore innovative technologies to enhance its services, support tax compliance, and create a digital environment that aligns with the demands of the modern era. By participating, the ETA reaffirms its commitment to leveraging cutting-edge solutions and collaborating with industry leaders to drive the digital transformation of Egypt’s taxation system.
